Journals

You can print check registers and receipts journals for any period of time. Your Checkbook history can be stored for as long as desired. You would normally print your journals at month end, but you could actually print a check register for the entire year, if you have retained your Checkbook history for that period of time.

Voided checks can be maintained by the system and will be shown on the check register.

The check register will list each invoice that is being paid by the check and also the general ledger allocation.
