The balance sheet will be totally designed by you. The report shown here was intentionally kept small and simple for presentation. The system is in no way limited to the statement shown. The balance sheet format can vary from company to company and each company can have two totally different formats.

There are various selections on the system menu which will allow you to choose standard statements, comparative statements, etc. These selections use your financial statement design. If comparative statements are selected, the system simply duplicates the amount columns with comparative information from the previous year.

All prior year balances are automatically retained in the system. Even if you do not build the prior year history, you can begin running comparative statements after one year of processing.
