Report Generating Features |
The system contains a special series of programs that will allow you to design and print many of your own reports. You have the ability to give the report a name, enter the column headings (up to 20 columns), position your columns, and select any information in the employee's record that should be printed. The system gives you the ability to screen the employees and only print the ones that meet certain criteria. You can also select to total any columns of numeric data. This pension report is a sample of one report produced by this feature. The employees were screened for this report based on their pension rates. They could have been screened on any information in the employee's record, or you could have simply pre-selected the employees that you want printed.
