The Aged Trial Balance is used by management in helping to locate and control past due accounts. This listing ages all transactions by current, over 30 days old, over 60 days old, and over 90 days old. The Aged Trial Balance is totaled by each aging category, and the totals can be obtained on each book (meter reading route) and also for the entire system.
