Past Due Notice

A past due notice can be printed on any accounts that are past due. This sample is a past due notice produced by the system. The system contains a feature that will allow you to design and print your own past due notices in a letter format or you can print to post card type forms. The user designed routines are not limited to past due notices, but will also allow you to print any letter or form that needs to be mailed to any customers. You have many options in choosing the customers who should receive a letter or past due notice.

Dear Water Sewer Customer:



This notification is being sent in accordance with City

Ordinance No. 352-9.  According to our records, your account

is overdue.



Please contact our office before 11/15/00 if you question the

receipt of this notice.  If we do not hear from you before

11/15/00, it will be necessary for the City to disconnect water

service on the afternoon of 11/15/00.



Payments may be made at City Hall during business hours, or

deposited in the mail slot located in the North City Hall door.

There is a reconnect fee of $20.00 if service is disconnected.
