Print Chart of Accounts

The Chart of Accounts is a listing of all accounts which have been entered in your General Ledger. This listing shows both the account number and the account name. It is intended to be used in classifying transactions and in assigning new account numbers. It can be run anytime. This listing will also show the financial statement reference number where each General Ledger account is to print.

This program can be selected to run in automatic processing.

The program is can be found under Print.

You have an option to have the financial statement reference numbers show on the chart of accounts. This is very useful and will allow you to easily spot any account that is not properly referenced to the financial statements.
