Income Statement YTD Column Only

Help Home | System Home | Core | Errors |

If the current month income is incorrect for some reason, you may wish to print this statement that only shows a year to date column. Examples of when this statement might be useful include:

1.Suppose you process the entire year at one time. You wouldn’t want the current month column showing.

2.Suppose you forget to close a month to process two months together. The year to date would be accumulated, but the current month column on a standard statement would show two months.

3.Suppose you do not make adjustments each month. The monthly statements would not be accurate, but the year to date would be after the year end adjustments have been made.
