The Employment Status file is used to store the employment status names such as salaried, hourly, etc. One good example of the use of employment status codes is to identify salaried employees. During time sheet entry, you can identify and automatically calculate the salaried people without having to enter each employee number. The employment status codes can also be used to identify terminated employees. Use a code 9 for terminated
