This option will print a worksheet for use in determining your Quarterly Federal Unemployment tax deposit. It will list all employee, with details of total wages, wages in excess of the Federal Unemployment Maximum, and the taxable wages. If you are only required to deposit annually, there is a separate menu option for calculating the annual report.

Be sure to run this report after all payrolls are complete for the quarter. It actually can be run at any time. Once payroll check history begin to accumulate, you can actually reprint the report at any time by using the correct tax year and correct quarter.
