The Print Job Status Worksheet option from the Job Cost Menu will print a worksheet for use in recording and entering new percentages complete on any job. On each job selected, the worksheet will show the old percent complete for both labor and other costs. The completed worksheet will then be used as the input document for the Enter Percent Complete option on the Job Cost Menu, which enables you to enter the new figures.

This screen will only appear if you entered 2 to the question on the first screen concerning the printing of all jobs.

If, on the first screen, you selected to print all jobs, this screen will give you the option to skip all jobs that have a job status of 9 in the job cost master record.
