This system has the ability to hold all transactions on all customers for an extended period of time. This Accumulated Transaction Listing program will give you a listing of these transactions grouped together in Customer Number order. Since the listing could take many hours to print, it is not practical to run this program on a regular basis. You will probably only run this program at year-end. All transactions shown on this report will also be shown on a monthly basis on your regular transaction listing, therefore, you may find there is no real benefit of having this listing on file.

Normally you would enter the beginning and ending dates of your accounting year.
