As explained in other sections of this manual, this Utility Billing system can print a postal bar code at the bottom of the Utility Bills. The customer addresses must be certified every six months. To do this, you must send a copy of the addresses to ACS for certification. To send the addresses, see Create Certification File. Once these addresses have been certified and returned to you, use this Place Certified File Back On PC option to place the bar codes back on your PC.

Place the returned certification file diskette in the selected drive before you continue.
