Transaction Listing

The Transaction Listing program (found under Month-End) will print a listing of all customers in your system. It will show all activity for each customer for any time period and it will show the current account balance. This program can be run at any time and as often as desired, but we suggest you always run this listing at the end of each month using the first and last days of the month as the date range in order to obtain a permanent record of all customer activity. This listing could be very important to you if a question should arise on any customer's balance, as well as very important to you auditor. Also, if you computer's hard drive should ever go bad without you having adequate backups, this report will be where you go to find out what each customer owes.
