Undo Penalty Calculation

This program will remove all penalties for a selected date. Undo Penalty Calculation would be run, if for example, you had accidentally ran Calculate Penalty twice. Undo Penalty Calculation will undo all penalty calculations on the selected date, whether the penalties had been calculated one time or fifty times. If you do run the Penalty Calculation twice and then run the Undo Penalty Calculation program, you will need to Calculate Penalty afterwards since this program will remove all penalties that were generated with this penalty date.
