The Payee Fund Listing will show the total purchases from each vendor grouped by fund. This report would normally be used by management or city council to see from whom most purchases are made. The report can be run at any time.
Normally you would be analyzing a certain time period, such as the last year. Use mmddyy format for the dates. If you want to exclude small purchases, enter the minimum amount to be considered.
