The Paid Invoice file contains a record of every invoice that has been paid. The file can become very large over the years and slow processing. The paid invoice records are of no value after two or three years. It is recommended that you remove these old records every few years.
Any paid invoice records with an invoice date older than the date entered will be dumped. You might consider making a backup immediately before removing these records..
