Description
Operating system error 15: invalid drive reference. ACS was asked to use a drive letter that does not exist on this computer.
Common causes
A. A path entered on a screen, such as an export or save location, uses a drive letter that is not present. Older screens that still default to A:\ (the diskette drive) cause this on computers without a diskette drive.
B. A USB drive or network drive is not connected, or has a different letter than before.
C. The BR configuration refers to a drive that no longer exists.
Common solutions
A. Change the location to a drive and folder that exists, for example a folder in your Documents folder.
B. Reconnect the USB drive or network drive and check its drive letter.
C. If the error occurs when starting ACS or on every screen, call ACS.
