Edit the current company's retained earnings statement document. Print Retained Earnings Statement reads the saved text and prints it; it does not calculate the figures in the document from the ledger.
Using this option
- Choose Financial Statements > Retained Earnings Statement > Edit Retained Earnings Statement. ACS opens the document in Atlantis and can create it if necessary.
- Enter or revise the wording and figures for the period. Save to the document opened by ACS.
- Run Print Retained Earnings Statement and check the dates, figures, and layout.

Notes
Only the date and period codes above are substituted automatically. Amounts typed into the document remain unchanged until you edit them. Check them each period before printing.
