Print an income statement comparing the annual budget with period and year-to-date results. The output also has a Percent Remaining column; see the limitation below before relying on it.
Using this option
- Check the account budgets and financial-statement design before running the report.
- Choose the primary or secondary format, current or prior year, and period when prompted.
- Review the Annual Budget, period Balance, Year To Date Balance, Budget Over/Under, and Percent Remaining columns.
Notes
Budget Over/Under is based on annual budget less year-to-date activity. The current program prints Percent Remaining without calculating its value, so do not rely on that column. Calculate the percentage separately from the verified amounts or contact ACS. Statement design settings control headings, subtotals, and sign presentation.
This is a report. To change a budget, use Enter Budget Amounts or the account maintenance options and then rerun it.
