Display the date and time returned by the directory listing for the selected company's customer file.
Using this option
- Select the intended company, then choose this option under Print.
- Read the value beside Last Date Customer Files Accessed and close the screen when finished.
Notes
Despite the screen's use of Accessed, this is the filesystem directory timestamp reported for the file. It is not a log of who opened an account or a timestamp for an individual customer's last transaction.
Use customer transaction history to investigate billing or collection activity. This display does not change the customer file.
