Headache and Eye Treatments

Hello
I am Ken Johnson and I am 63 years old. In January 2011 had physical therapy treatments that cured my headaches of twelve years and also restored my eyesight from about 20-100 to 20-50 in a matter of about one month. The following is some information you need to know and also my description of how to give these treatments to yourself.

The first thing you must understand is that I have had absolutely no medical or physical therapy training at any time in my life time. These treatments were developed by Dr xxx from California over the past 20 years. Physical therapist, such at the ones at Jones Physical Therapy Center in Harrison, Arkansas whom I use, must attend classes over a four year period to obtain a certificate allowing him to administer these treatments. These therapist cannot teach anyone how to administer these treatments without consent from the doctor who developed them. Doctor xxx and all the therapist he can train for the next twenty years can’t possibly apply these treatments to one tenth of the US population. There are people like me who have exhausted all of their resources on unsuccessful treatments and have nothing left to pay for more treatments, especially not knowing if the treatments will even help with their problems. There are people who just don’t have the money for the treatments. There are people who will never hear about the treatments unless a larger portion of the population becomes aware of the potential of these treatments. There are entire countries who will never benefit from these treatments. It is my intention to hopefully make the world aware of these treatments in a year or so, instead of a decade. I will not do a treatment on anyone, not even my children. They have the same information as you have available to you. They must administer the treatments to themselves. I don’t intent to even help them, unless they are doing some step so wrong that I fear the whole treatment might not work for them. I will not even correct or explain to anyone how to do any part of this treatment, other than what you will find in this document.

It is my recommendation that anyone who can afford these treatments contact either Drxxx to find a licensed physical therapist in your area or contact Jones Physical Therapy in Harrison, Arkansas if you are within driving distance of that clinic. I would recommend that you never even consider doing this treatment on someone else. Neither you nor I have any idea what unknown side affects my happen from these treatments. You will be opening yourself up to all kinds of potential lawsuits. You would be practicing medicine without a license. You could be sued by anyone who has unexpected side affects from the new extra flow of blood to their head. If you know you have weak blood vessels, it would be my recommendation (again I have no medical training) that you never consider the treatments without contacting a medical doctor. Another good reason for having a physical therapist to do the treatments is that he will obtain your medical history before they will begin the treatments. They are most likely looking for potential problems.

The main purpose of these treatments is to retrain your neck mussels, thus allowing blood to freely flow to the head. Any thing in the head can show improvement from these treatments, if you happen to have restricted blood flow to your head. These treatments may not actually retrain your mussels and you may have to have repeat visits to your therapist.

These treatments not only cured my headaches in about three weeks, they also reduced the retina swelling in my eves and have restored most of my eyesight. I am as of this time, still improving daily with the eyes. I have had these headaches and loss of vision since 1999. I think my problems actually started in my early twenties when a had a neck and back injury, but I am not sure. In the past 12 years I have been to at least nine different retina specialist, unknown number of neurologist and doctors, five eye surgeries, none of which have helped me. I just happened to hear about the clinic in my home town that had a treatment for headaches. This was in December 2010. Besides the obvious things that anyone can detect in me, I have had many other great things happen to me in the weeks since my first treatment. See the list of changes in Unexpected Changes below. I have been repeating these treatments on myself two or three times a week to hopefully insure I never return to my old way of life.

You will need a work area where you can easily reach all parts of the neck without twisting your head. Of course, the therapist has a special table for you to lay on. I have a couch and love seat. I simply take the cushions off the love seat and double stack the cushions on the couch, leaving maybe four or five inches between the top cushion and the arm of the couch. The level of both cushions is exactly the same height as the couch arm. I then position my head on the arm of the couch, leaving a large area to reach under my neck. If your cushions are not the same height as the couch arm you will have to improvise. If you just have a couch, you could position the three cushions on the floor, leaving a few inches between two of the cushions. Place you head on one cushion and your body on the other two, leaving a good work area under your neck. You could just place a pillow or a rolled up towel on the floor (see towel description under exercises), but I have always used a flat surface and do not know if the neck being raised will have any adverse affects on the treatments.

Following is an outline of each session of treatments. I was initially given fifteen treatments by my physical therapist, but as explained earlier, I now give myself these treatments. Each session always begins with a 10 to 15 minute heat pad treatment, accompanied with a tens unit type treatment with four connectors on the back of my neck. The first one appears to be on my left side just about where the neck muscles join the body. The one on the right side appears to be a little higher up and seems to send circular impulses up the neck . The others are a little further down. The technicians have to really reach down in my shirt to attach them. The lower left one seems to slowly draw a big muscle up and then slowly release it. I’m not sure what the other two connectors do. I think anyone can successful accomplish most of this with just a regular heat pad and use it for about 15 minutes before they start the actual treatments. The tens type treatments may have a greater effect than I know. You might want to use a licensed physical therapist for this reason alone.

The heat pad treatment is followed by the physical therapy. The order of the steps probably does not matter, but following is the order he used on me and I continue to use on myself. He would always start on the right side, but that may be because my right side is the worse. The length of each step is normally about the same each day, but it did vary, based on where the therapist thought the most attention was needed. The therapist says he can feel where the most tense muscles are and will vary the treatment accordingly. I just shotgun everything. Following are the steps.

He would, what I call, feathers my forehead. While on the table, he has me raise my eye brows as high as I can and hold them. He places his thumbs over my cheeks and all of his fingers over my forehead. He quickly flicks his fingers downward across my forehead and over my eye brows and upward with his thumbs across my cheeks. The process only lasts between 5 and 10 seconds. He repeats the feathering process after each stage of the treatments, but he feathers the area he just worked on and never the forehead again until the next session
Pecking on Back of Neck:. He folds what appears to be all five fingers together and proceeds to peck on the back of my neck. When he first began, there where about 20 spots along my hair line that would just about kill me when he pecked on them. This part of the treatment normally takes the longest of any one step, maybe 30 to 60 seconds. He does the right side first, followed by the feathering to the area where he just finished pecking. Again, the process I am calling feathering is simply flicking the muscles between his fingers and thumb. I would work any area where I felt pain an extra long time; maybe even as much as 5 to 10 seconds. I have one mussel that will temporarily relax, but is always sore the next day.
Twisting of Cheek: He begins twisting my cheeks right by the side of my ear. It is basically where the jaw bone connects. He only twists about 3 times on each side. Each twist is basically in the same area, but he moves the twist over a little bit. Each side is followed by the feathering over the place where he did the twisting.
He has me tilt my head back and place my tongue between my teeth. I think positioning the tongue is just to force me to position my neck and jaw correctly. You need to at least have your mouth open one half of in inch. He proceeds to tap all the muscles on my neck with the edge of the hand (a karate type chop) . He whacks me maybe twenty times, not long. He moves from my chest upward to the edge of my jaw bone, all the way around the front of my neck. It is always followed with the feathering.
Swallowing – Either right before or right after the next treatment, he has me swallow real hard. I think this is supposed to open some valve, but this is only my idea of what is happening.
In the same area that he does the twisting, he thumps me very hard with what I would guess is all five fingers. If you will feel your face, you can feel where the jaw bone turns upward and probably connects just below your ear. This is the place where he firmly taps 3 times.
Pounding on Arms: He has me hold my hands straight up, reaching towards the ceiling. It seems to be critical that my hands are wide open and positioned as if I was going to karate chop something laying next to my hip. He gives me about three whacks right on the back of my arms, bouncing them towards the top of my body. He then has me bend by elbow to a 90 degree bend, leaving my hands in the same karate chop position. He repeats the three whacks right on the elbow. The third position is to hold my hands in the same angle as the last time, but to bring my arms together, elbow to elbow and fingers to fingers. He then presses downward on my forearms the same three or four times. Doing this yourself, you obviously cannot hold your arms together while doing this. I just do each arm separate.
Pecking Sides of Neck: He may have me swallow at this point, instead of the above treatment. I also swallow at this point also. He usually moves back to my neck at this point in the treatments. He holds his hand on one side of my neck and asks that I put pressure on his hand. Then, with the folded fingers, he begins to peck on the opposite side of my neck. He may be tapping certain points, but it almost appears he is using my shotgun approach when he covers almost all of the side of the neck. This is the second longest treatment and may last as long as 30 seconds on each side.
Feathering of Nose: He then feathers my nose for about 5 to 10 seconds. This may be only because my nose is so big!
Pulling on Ears: He gets hold of my ear lobes and pulls downward three or four times. This was very painful the first time he pulled on my ears, but becames less painful each time he did it. I would say that if any of these techniques hurt the first time you try them, you are going have some success with your treatments.
Hands to Back of Neck: He then places his hands on the back of my neck up next to my hair line With both hands he presses hard on my neck and slowly moves his hands downward on my neck maybe two times. He may do this procedure in an upward motion instead of a downward motion. I have trouble remembering, so just do both. It could be that he is just feeling for mussels that are not relaxed.
Priming the Pump: I think this was what he called it; he only described it the first time. He takes all five fingers folded together and pecks on my chest on both sides. He then starts at the top of the grove between my left shoulder and my chest He applies pressure and moves downward with a vibrating motion through what appears to be a grove straight to my armpit He does this maybe three times during the series of treatments. I think it is supposed to cause the body to remove any toxins that have been loosened. A few times has also taped on an area just under my right hip bone somewhere around where the leg connects to the body. I’m not sure about doing this priming of the pump if you have had your limp nodes removed. You should probably consult your cancer doctor.
He usually ends the routine by putting on a pair of gloves and placing his finger between my teeth and cheek. He does both the top and bottom. He starts about half way back and puts pressures on my jaw as high up as he can and slowly slides his finger to the back of my mouth. He most often just does this two to three times on each side. The first time he did this it was very painful. Don’t hurt yourself. After the first time, this became easier. He only did this about every third treatment, and it hurt less each time. On the last session, there was absolutely no pain; just the discomfort of having a hand stuck in your mouth. He had me hold my mouth about half open. I understand from other people that this treatment will fix TMJ, or whatever that jaw problem is called that is so painful and doesn’t seem to have a good cure. If I were trying these treatments for TMJ, I would probably do this mouth treatment each session.

Exercises Afterwards

Following are some exercises he had me do following the treatment.

Corner Press – This could be done anywhere. Just find a corner of a room where you can place both arms against the wall. You just simply place one foot about a foot from the corner and place the other foot directly behind that one. Place one arm on each wall with the hands upward. Lean forward as far as you can with your face in the corner and hold for 10 seconds. Do 5 reps.

Peddling backwards on a machine what would appear to be in upside down bicycle for 4 minutes. Replicate this any way you can. It is very hard to just hold your hands out in front of you. You arms get tired and back begins to hurt before you can complete the routine. It might be best to just forget the step unless you have access to a gym.

He had a machine where you set on a bench. There is one handle and you rotate hands doing 20 pulls and 3 reps. You hold your head straight forward, pulling the handle as far backwards as possible. Your shoulder should twist as far around as possible without your head turning sideways.

He has a machine where you set on a stool. You have a support in your chest and you pull the handles as far behind your back as possible. Three reps of 20.

Towel exercise – Roll a towel up and place it on a pillow or a flat surface; maybe on the floor. Lay your head on the towel and press your head straight down and hold for 2 seconds. Repeat 3 sets of 10. In doing this, you never lift your head. You simply relax and allow the towel to push your head back up. The towel should be a bath towel and the long edges should be placed together, leaving a area about 12 to 14 inches wide. Roll the towel long ways as tight as you can. With a proper towel size, the rolled up towel should be about five to six inches high and about 12 to 14 inches wide.

I can replicate all of these at home with the use of two of the 5 inch wide pieces of rubber that are probably available at any physical therapy clinic. The rubber needs to be about 4 foot long. You can probably find something at Wal-Mart that will work. Look for an elastic band with handles on each ends.

Note – You should drink lots of water after each treatment. If the treatments are working, you will most likely be thirsty and not need to be reminded to drink water. Please note that you can drink too much water! It is my understanding that everyone should drink at least 8 full size glasses of water each day and that you should never go over 10 glasses. It will be real easy for you to go over 10 glasses. Keep count. Tea, pop, gadorade, milk, etc do not count against the 10 glass limit. My understanding of this may not be correct. You need to ask your physical therapist or your doctor about this.

In case you have not read the first few paragraphs, I suggest you do so before you start any treatments to yourself or anyone else.

More information you need to know

Use a licensed physical therapist who has a cetificate of training from Dr xxx.
It is my recommendation that you use a licensed physical therapist who has been certificated by Dr xxx, acknowledging the level of training they have had. The cost of the treatments in Harrison, Arkansas were under $3000.00, depending on the number of sessions the therapist deems necessary. Claiming to be trained to administer these treatments creates a great opportunity for scams. Dr xxx has a record of the training each physical therapist has completed under his teaching. I suggest you get the certificate number, name, and business address of any physical therapist or other person claiming to be trained on these treatments. Check your information again Dr xxx’s list of licensed individuals. You can even help Dr xxx in his efforts to stop scams by reporting any such person who claims to be trained in his techniques. Dr xxx can immediately have his lawyers begin investigating those persons. If you will send him the id #, the name, and the address of such person, he will have all he needs to immediately start proceedings. The web site where this information can be obtained is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. At this same location, you can get a list of the diseases that can be treated with these treatments and also a list of diseases that you should avoid attempting to treat.

Treatments may need to be repeated
The treatments may need to be repeated once the initial treatments are completed. I believe that if the lack of blood to your head is caused by an old injury, such as the neck injury I had sustained years ago, your mussels may not be retrained in the normal 15 sessions. The therapists did their normal 15 sessions on me, but to make sure I didn’t loose this new life, I did an additional 26 treatments on myself. I did them every day, but finally realized that I might cause myself harm, so I quit taking them. Twelve days later I started feeling a little pain in the top of my head. Of course I was concerned, but I wasn’t going back to any doctor for my headaches. About two days later, I began experiencing the same old headaches that I had for 12 years. The first thing I notice when these headaches first begin is my right starts to hurt. A couple of days later my scalp becomes very sensitive. The next day the pressure begins to build on the right side of my head. Normally the following day the actual head pains begin. I have a terrible pain that shoots through my head and often continues through my entire body. The pain only lasts about a second, but when reoccurring more often than every 15 minutes, I end up taking pain medication and laying down. These pains can last for days. When I quit giving myself the treatments, the headaches started back. My eyesight also dropped by about 35%. I gave myself 10 treatments in 36 hours (day and night). I felt improvement after each session, but it was the 10th treatment when my headaches completely stopped again. I measure my eyesight myself. I have a lower case “e” taped to the wall. Each day I use a tape measure the measure the distance I can back up from the wall and still see the “e”. It turns to an “o” within about 1 inch of distance. My eye testing routine is referred to by my family as my “high tech, red neck, eye testing machine. The best distance I ever obtained before this recurrence was 61 inches. During the relapse my eyesight had dropped to 41 inches. The day after my headaches stopped (afer the relapse), I tested my eyes again and they were at 71 inches; 10 inches further away than ever before. For the past few days I have tried to adjust the treatments, but I am having trouble. I first tried one treatment a day, but the pain in the top of my head came back. I am now trying three treatments a day. All pains are gone, I my eyesight is now at 51 inches, 10 better than the relapse, but 20 less than the 71 inches that was obtained after the 36 hour 10 treatment ordeal. I don’t know what this really means. Can you obtain immediate results if you get the treatments about 4 hours apart. I do not know. Will my eyesight finally recover to the 71 inch mark over time? Do I need to have another 36 hour session? I will report this progress on my website at www.planetacs.net/progress

I have said this already, but I recommend you get your first treatments from a certified physical therapist and that you ask questions and make notes each day in order to remember exactly what he is doing to you. If they are giving the same treatments to you as I was given, they should match the techniques I have listed above. You need to be able to administer these treatments to yourself, whether or not you see a certified physical therapist at the beginning.
This relapse appears to be true for migraine headaches as well. Anyone I know who is having migraines are having to go back on a regular basis. They need to learn to do the treatments themselves.

A Doctor Prescription May be Required
My physical therapist requires a prescription from a doctor before he will treat you. Your therapist may have the same requirements. If so, many doctors are very reluctant to send you to a physical therapist for headaches. Eye doctors have apparently never even considered it. Neurologist said I had trigena neuralgi and only recommended medicine and maybe an operation later on. My eye doctors knew my eye problems were because the retinas were swollen, but couldn’t fix it. I am sure the eye doctors would never have giver me a prescription for physical therapy. You may have to be very persistent to ever get a prescription for physical therapy from any doctor. You may want to consider changing doctors and find one who knows what these treatments can do for you.

Forget about a Lawsuit
If you think this will be a good chance to claim damages for something the treatments have done to you , you might want to rethink your situation. I don’t know of any damages these treatments can cause, except making you feel crazy for a few days. They seem to either work and not work, depending on the supply of blood you now have to your head. You must be aware that I have exhausted all my resources fighting my headaches and eye problems for the past 12 years. You can’t even get enough out of me to pay your attorney fees.

Chance of Being Crazy
I may be the only person who has ever experienced this. I went for a couple of weeks when everyone thought I was crazy, but not me. As I mentioned earlier, I gave myself treatments after the therapist had finished with me. As a matter of fact, I doubled the number of treatments he had given me. I am pretty sure no other person has experienced what I went through, but I guess there is a chance. I have been on many different kinds of medicine during this 12 year period, and some medications shouldn’t have been given at the same time, such at lexapro and seizure medicine. Even thought drug withdrawals only last two to three days, I really believe the saturation of so many different kinds of medicine may have caused my reaction. There has to be many people out there that have taken as much or more medication as I have taken. If this should happen to you, you need for make your friends and family aware of the possibility before it happens to you, if such a thing should happen. Tell them ahead of time so they can comfort you if it happens. You will understand everything they are saying, as well as everything that is happening around you. In this condition, you will not be able to give them a proper response, but I believe they will understand. My craziness lasted between two and three weeks. Everyone was very concerned. They could have just laughed at me like I was drunk, rather than spending three weeks crying. When I woke up from the craziness, I immediately knew what had happened. I could even remember it all, not like waking up from a drunk.

I do not blame either my physical therapist or Dr xxx. These treatments are brand new. My therapist had only completed his final classes about three weeks before he began working on me. Don’t let my problem keep you from trying the treatments. The treatments have given me a new life and I wouldn’t take any amount of money for it

One problem that many people have is TMJ
I have been told that this treatment will stop TMJ, (or whatever the jaw problem is called). You must understand that if you try this treatment for jaw problems, you will experience greater pain than you currently are experiencing for a few days. Don’t give up. Your jaw should eventually heal. The routine of placing your finger in you mouth and applying pressure is important for the kind of problem. Do not skip it. The tapping of the face in front of the ear would also seems important to me.

Other Unexpected Results from the Treatments
In addition to my headaches being gone and my eyesight being restored, other things have happened to me. My memory has increased remarkably, maybe just to the level it was several years ago. My recall is instant, instead of having to ponder everything. My logic or ability to reason just amazes me, but it may be no better than it once was. My work as a computer programmer and support technician has become a joy again. I no longer have to rely on manuals, etc; I just remember things I have learned over the years. I could only read one word at a time; now I read lines at a time. My head is always clear; never drowsy as I have experienced for 12 years. My speech was always broken as I grasped for words in the last few years; now my only problem is slowing my speech down so people can understand me. Before my treatments I was almost always mad and very irritable; now I am happy most of the time and it takes something major to even get my attention. I could only play with my seven grandchildren for maybe two hours at a time and then I was totally exhausted; now I can play with them all day long. A few years ago when my headaches were just coming and going at random, when I did exercises I could only do about half as many reps when I was having headaches. For example, it was real easy to count the number of push ups I could do with headaches and without them. It was almost half as many with headaches. The seizure medicine I was having to take caused constipation all of the time; just a few weeks after my treatments stated I was able to get off all medications and my stomach returned to normal. During the last year when my headaches never stopped, I gained 10 pounds; maybe just from the constipation, but I have returned to the same body weight I carried all through my college years. You talk about a change of life! I only hope some of this can happen to you.

Other Considerations

Several years ago I was awaken in the middle of the night with a message from God telling me I would be used to tell the world about a new treatment for curing diseases. I wrestled it a long time, but having no knowledge of medicine or physical therapy, I could not imagine how I could possibly be used to do this task. In February 2011, I was awakened again in the middle of the night with a message that the treatment I was taking would cure cancer, high blood pressure and alzheimers, all three of which were on Dr xxx’s list of “Will not Cure”. I truly believe these messages were from God, the same God who has been dealing with Israel for centuries. I believe these treatments are for everyone’s benefit. Christians will know what and who I am talking about. Non-Christians will know what I am talking about, but may not know God. I suggest non-Christians reconsider your beliefs if these treatments happen to work for you. For the Muslems, I suggest you make sure you are giving thanks the only true God when you give thanks for your healing. I also would remind the Muslems that God punished the nations who attacked Israel a lot more often than he used other nations to punish Israel. Be careful in your relationship with Israel. I think they may be closer to God now than they have in a long time.

Following is a little more about the diseases mentioned in the previous paragraph. Not only did I get a message that these treatments could cure cancer, alzheimers, and high blood pressure. I was given examples as to how it would work. The restored blood flow to the brain would allow the brain to function normally and begin fighting the cancer as it is capable of doing. The reason for high blood pressure was that the blood pressure in the head was not the same as in the body. The restricted blood flow in the head was causing the brain to tell the heart to increase blood pressure. It would respond, thus causing the pressure to increase in the body, without the brain recognizing it. The reason given for alzheimers was that the brain had been deprived of blood for an extended period of time, and that the brain was gradually dying. I know the treatments have been tested on at least one cancer patient, but that patient was in the latter stages and there was no success. For these treatments to work on cancer or alzheimers, I think the diseases needs to be caught in the early stages. I beg you, do not try these treatments solely for the purpose of treating these diseases until research can be done. I have said this may times already, “I have no medical training”. All of what I have said above may be physically impossible. It is just a message I feel I got from God. I don’t think I could have even dreamed such a thing without some knowledge of how the body works, and I have no such knowledge. Besides that, dreams are very confusing. This message was received in the middle of the night, just like the others, and I was awakened and it was as if these things were being said to me. You also need to know that I am just an average Christian (maybe below average) and I have only lead one other person to Jesus Christ in my lifetime I have no idea why this is happening to me.

Unintended Consequences from these Treatments
There could be all kinds of unintended consequences from the use of these treatments. Many medicines could become obsolete. Some pharmaceutical companies could go out of business. The price of medicine could be greatly reduced. The demand on doctors could be reduced to the point that their fees have to become lower and competitive. The cost of medical services could be reduced to the point that Medicare and Medicaid might actually stay solvent. People could live so long they might bankrupt Medicare and Medicaid anyway. Obama Care would go the wayside without any of the legal proceedings. A lot of people might return to God. The poor could have as good a treatment for disease as the wealthy. Who knows what else.

From a Computer Programmers Way of Thinking

As a computer programmer, I relate all of this to my computer. If you have a computer, you might follow my logic a little better when trying to understanding the brain. The memory and hard disk space are separate in the computer, but they are combined in the brain.. Any time a virus attacks your computer and the memory and hard disk are slowed down. Without adequate blood to the head, the brain is slowed down and doesn’t perform properly. When the hard disk is damaged, my computer quits functioning properly. When your brain stops functioning normally, it can send wrong signals to other parts of the body, such as telling the heart of pump faster than it should. My computer sometimes fails to communicate with my printer. I think maybe at times the brain becomes so messed up with medications, it cannot communicate with other parts of the body. These comparisons can go on and on. I think it takes a healthy brain for your body to function properly, and without adequate blood flow, it cannot function as it should. I just hope these treatments can give you a brand new life just as they have given me.
