Annual Usage Report

The Annual Usage Report will show the usage for any twelve month period of time. It will show all customers who were billed any time during the twelve-month period and it will show a separate column for each month. The report can be run any time during the year and you can select the months you want printed. This report runs from the transaction history file, so the report can be printed for any time period, but will be limited to those transactions that you have allowed to accumulate in history.

This report differs from the monthly Usage Report in that this report only shows usage. The monthly Usage Report shows the readings, the usage for the month and the usage year to date. You can print either or both. If your readings are entered through a hand held device, we suggest you always run the monthly report. This annual report would then be optional.

You can choose any twelve Billing Dates to print. Be sure to use ccyymmdd format.
