The Monthly Cash Receipts Journal reads from the transaction history file. You can print a monthly Cash Receipts Journal from this history at any during the month or year. This report is referred to as a Monthly Cash Receipts Journal since it would normally be run at month end as a record of all collections for the month, but it can be run for any time period. For example, if you have entered the daily receipts from several different terminals and would like to have one combined journal for the day, you can run the report in this manner.

To get a Cash Receipts Journal, you would enter the first and last day of the month as the lowest and highest dates to print. If you choose details, you will get a complete list all collections for the time period broken down by each type of service.
