The purpose of this program is to bring the year-to-date usage fields to zero in each customer's record. This prepares the files for the start of a new year. Be sure the Final Usage Journal for the year has been printed before this program is run. To run this program, click on Year of End, and then Zero Year to Date Usage.
Please note that you must type ZERO, rather than entering a 0.
