The balance sheet can print from either the primary or the secondary financial statement format file. The Standard Balance sheet has three columns, all of which pertain to the current account balances.

There are four different formats available. The Comparative Balance Sheet will show comparative figures for the same period last year. The Period Comparison Balance Sheet will show all twelve month side by side on the same report. The Fund Comparison Balance Sheet will show the balances for each fund in side by side columns.

All of the financial statements can be a part of automatic processing.

The Balance Sheet can be printed (or reprinted) for any month this year or any month last year.
