Fix Error 9001

Error 9001 is sometimes caused on power failures or on systems where you have two different version of ACS running on the same computer. The configuration files get corrupted and some programs that require a lot of memory will not run.

Simply go to the Utilities option and choose the menu option to Fix Error 9001.
